– How to find your BFF’s (Best Fitness Friends)

 

When you learn to add the right balance of personal motivation and external accountability, you get to your fitness goals, fast! Going it alone is lonely and often counterproductive. The right tribe and a touch of accountability ~ Magic!

 

**Cara was an off-on-off-on exerciser who never fully excelled at what she wanted. She was constantly being pulled off course with kids, grandkids, work, and her partner. Whenever she didn’t want to hit the gym or do her workout, using the [an?] accountability group changed everything.  

She leaned on the community for accountability and successfully completed a 30-day fitness challenge at her gym! 

She says “The day I sat in front of my gym not wanting to go in, and randomly texted the group, changed everything,” she says. “What I wasn’t expecting was 5 texts back ranging from tough love to get your butt in the gym.”  Hard one. : ) **
