Kelly Howard is the Fitness Consistency Coach with a touch of Adventure! She helps busy women prioritize the right kind of fitness to feel great and have more time and energy for the things they love. She believes when you feel strong, confident, and empowered, you can do anything.

Her Fit is Freedom podcasts, courses, and events have changed the lives of thousands of women. As a frequent guest on podcasts and television, she is also the creator of the FOX TV Outdoor Houston Adventure series. She currently calls Houston, Texas, home but can often be found traveling rivers and trails worldwide.
