What is Sugar Freedom?

It’s when you shake off the sugar and wine cravings, and you feel amazing, sleep better and lose the sugar belly!


If you’ve tried to stop the ice cream, slow down on the wine, or quit the sweets you know how hard it can be. There is an easier way than just “white-knuckling yourself through”.


Join us as we set you up to win, whether you want to slow down, or stop completely, it’s your choice. I’ll teach you how to make it easy, not just hope for the best


Each day we’ll tackle a new aspect of dealing with sugar addiction and learn simple tools to clear the cravings.

** Day 1 – What will Sugar Freedom do for You and How to Create Your Runway and why you need it!


Sugar freedom means something different for everyone, when you learn to control your sugar cravings, you’ll lose the extra belly weight, sleep better, have more energy, and feel better about yourself! One of the secrets of Sugar Freedom is learning how to create and use your runway. Stopping sugar for any period of time requires preparation and the right steps.


Today we go over everything you’ll want to do to set yourself up to #WIN. You’ll learn how to find the hidden & blatant sugar in your diet and learn why sugar is so addictive.

** Day 2 – Understanding and conquering triggers.

Stopping sugar is actually the easy part, understanding and dealing with triggers that make you want to throw in the towel and grab the bottle, ice cream or cookie dough is something completely different. You’ll learn how to recognize and avoid triggers before they happen.


Plus, you’ll get a complete “toolbox” of the all the external tools and tips you can use to help you conquer sugar, including how to use Soothers and why “replacement” food and drink needs to be handled carefully.

** Day 3 – Pulling it all together and how to move forward with all your new know-how!

You’ll learn how to succeed with and without external support and how to move forward to apply and reapply everything you have learned.


Putting the brakes on sugar is important, learning to live with sugar and drink in new ways is a must-have skill.
