While I am no expert, I do consider myself to be a great student! Lately, I’ve been really interested in supplements and how they can help us as we age.

 

Join me for this special live where I’ll be having a “show and tell,” of sorts! I’ll be bringing the 5 supplements I’ve been using, how I like them, and what their purpose is.
