Afternoon: Arrivals and Check-In 3:00 pm on – Settle in, explore the hacienda, and get to know your surroundings.
Evening: Meet & Greet Dinner – Join a welcoming dinner to meet fellow adventurers and get an overview of the retreat experience.
Sunrise: Gentle Yoga & Meditation – to start the day.
Morning: River Trail Hike – Choose from two scenic routes:
– Moderate Distance: A moderate trail along the river with beautiful views.
– Shorter Distance: A relaxed hike through canyons and river views.
Lunch: Trail-side lunch with time to connect.
Afternoon: Future You Vision Workshop – Back at the hacienda, dive into a session focused on future goals and aspirations.
Evening: The Possibilities Party & Dinner – Share & celebrate your future vision with a party, dinner, and connection.
Sunrise: Yoga & Meditation – Begin with energizing yoga and calming meditation.
Kayak the crystal clear water sof the San Marcos river and even tackle a rapid or two (if you want)
Lunch: Lunch on the riverside before returning.
Afternoon: Relaxation & Free Time – Unwind, reflect, or journal at the hacienda.
Evening: Party & Dinner – Enjoy friends and the starry night!
Sunrise: Yoga & Meditation – Stretch, breathe, and set your intentions.
Morning: Custom Training Session or Optional Hike
– Custom Training Plans: Personalized plans tailored to each attendee’s fitness level.
– Optional Scenic Hike: A beautiful hike for those who prefer another trail experience.
Afternoon: Free Time to Explore or Relax.
Evening: Under the Stars Campfire Dinner – Share stories and laughter around the campfire.
Sunrise: Final Yoga & Meditation – Reflect and set intentions for the summer.
Morning: Wrap-Up Gathering – Share insights, connections, and plans before departure.
Mid-Morning: Optional hike – Extend the adventure with an optional hike before heading home.

**What are the fitness requirements for this retreat?
This Adventure Retreat is designed for all fitness levels. Each day, you’ll have the option to select your preferred activities—from challenging hikes to relaxing yoga and meditation. Whether you want to push yourself or enjoy the scenery, you can tailor your experience.
**Is there really massage included?
Yep – for the 1st 10 registrants, the price of the massage is included in the price of the Retreat (tips are highly appreciated).
**Can you tell me more about the meals?
Absolutely! Once you register, you’ll receive a detailed food survey so we can customize the menu for the group. Each meal will be served buffet style so you can choose your faves. We do ask that everyone pitches in to help prep and that we each clean up after ourselves.
**What should I pack?
A full packing list will be sent upon registration, but here are a few essentials: sturdy hiking boots, hiking poles (if you use them), a yoga mat, clothes for kayaking, and comfortable activewear for varying weather conditions.
**Where should I fly into?
The nearest airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). For those flying into Houston, we can assist with arranging a carpool to the retreat location.
** What’s the weather like?
It’s Texas in early June and the weather should be great! Expect anywhere from cool mornings to 80+ degrees, but we’ll either be off the trails or on the river during the warmer parts of the day Keep an eye on the weather and we’ll send a packing list as we get closer.
** What are the roommate details if I’m not getting a private room?
We’ll send a questionnaire to help secure you the best possible roommate ever (we’re all the best:). Snore, don’t worry, we’ll find the right room for you! Don’t snore? You’ll be connected with a roommate who also doesn’t snore.
