Adventure Retreat Details in Nutshell – Women only, small, limited trip size. You are cared for from the moment you land to when we take you back to the airport, BUT don’t expect a cushy, bonbon-tasting party…we’ll be hiking, kayaking, rafting, playing hard and laughing the nights away on each of these spectacular, remote adventure retreats!

San Juan Island Kayak Trip & Hiking Pacific Northwest

July 15 – 22, 2024

An island vacation on San Juan Island in…Washington

San Juan features beaches, orca pods, lush green hills, and so much more! Not a kayaker? On this beginner-friendly trip, no experience is necessary for the 3-day and 2-night adventure – we will be camping during our kayaking portion & Airbnb for the remainder!

After kayaking, get ready to hike the Pacific Northwest – We’ll see waterfalls, wildflowers, sheltering forests, mountain views, well-maintained, stunning trails, and alpine lakes…they are calling us to explore!

Itinerary

Mon – Fly into Seattle, then we will travel North to stay in Anacortes for the night.

TueWed– We’ll ferry to Friday Harbor on San Juan Island to start our kayak trip very early. 8-ish mile days, all kayak gear and meals provided.

Tuesday and Wednesday nights, we will camp – camping gear provided.

Thu – After our Kayaking (ends mid-day), we’ll travel southwest to North Bend and check into AirBnB.

Fri – Sun We will be hiking! We go Otter Falls, Little Si Fog, Annette Lake, and Hansen Ridge. One dinner out, one dinner in, made for us “at home.”

Mon – Fly home or extend your stay and play in the amazing Pacific Northwest!

Details:

  • Limited to 8 people, including your Trip Leader
  • Price: $2895
  • Deposit: 50% due ASAP – refundable up until May 15th once a replacement person is found to fill your spot.
  • Final payment date: June 1st.

Pricing:

$2,899 per person based on double occupancy*

$3,699 per person based on single occupancy*

*Early Bird Pricing for the first 10 registrants

Included:

Kayaking:

  • Everything is included for the kayak trip – Transportation (other than airfare*) includes car and ferry, lodging, gear, kayaks, etc., and food (a sleeping bag rental is available and an extra $$ if you want it)

Hiking:

  • Lodging
  • Most meals (we will have a few meals out and on the road during travel days that will be self-paid). We will have plenty of groceries at the house for breakfasts and lunches. We just might check out a local North Bend Bakery one morning too!

Not Included:

  • You pay for your own flights

Flights –

7/15 Arrive SEA airport no later than 9:15 am

We’re landing in a giant coffee capital, so the caffeine will be available! The earlier we leave, the less likely for delays, and it leaves us more time to poke around on our way north.

7/22 Depart SEA no earlier than 10:00 am
