Are you ready for:
If you’ve been following along with Sugar Freedom, you’re learning what you need to do a sugar reset. If you’d like personal support, hands on tools and methods, accountability and a community, check out the full 30 day program. You might just be perfect for the Sugar Reset.~ Kelly
The Sugar Reset includes a full 30 days of:
If the jeans don’t fit, the yoga pants are getting tight and a pint of Blue Bell or a half a bottle of merlot are the new you, it’s time to flip the switch and choose yourself! Anyone can do anything for 30 days, doing something that makes this big a difference is for winners.
The worry ~ You’ve never been able to stick to being sugar free or even sugar-limited in the past. Trial and error made me realize that sugar is ridiculously addictive and insidious in our lifestyle. We throw everything at the sugar reset! Accountability, community, weekly live coaching calls, Q&A’s, any and all the tools I know, and support I can give – they all matter so very much!
Kelly, quite honestly, I started the sugar reset because you were so excited, not because I thought it would work, sorry but it’s the truth. No because it wasn’t a good program but because I’d never been able to stop sugar (mostly wine and chocolates) for any period of time, well more than a week. This has been surprisingly easy, almost fun, and I trust myself for maybe the first time. Wow – thank you for sticking with me.
The worry ~ what if I just dive right back into sugar when we’re done? You’ll have lifetime access to all the content and can re-do the program anytime a new Sugar Reset begins!
Every night my husband and I were splitting a bottle of wine, sometimes more and I was waking up in the middle of the night, feeling shame because I had no control. I’m really not a problem drinker, but wine has just become that thing that makes everything a little softer and easier at the end of the day. The 30 day sugar reset allowed me to realize that I don’t have to drink every day (ok – true confession, not only was I drinking practically every night, there was ice cream at the end of the evening and cookies during the day). I have no idea I’d become such a sugar addict. I wake up feeling refreshed and amazing all day long. My husband is bummed, but I’ve told him that I’m not going back to the nightly drinking, and it’s true. Kelly, thank you so much.
The worry ~ My family has a history of health issues and I feel like I’m just following in their footprints. First, I have zero letters behind my name and it’s always suggested that you check with a doctor before starting any health program. And, that said, eating nutritionally dense food, increasing movement, getting better sleep, dumping excess sugar all have magical effects on our health, energy and well-being.
My mother recently passed away and she had ALL the health issues. I was constantly harping on her to eat less sweets and then I’d come home, completely stressed and do the same damn thing. Cookies, cakes, ice cream all consumed in front of the TV trying to stomp down all things that were triggering me. Waking up with sugar hangovers was embarrassing. I don’t drink but I sure was feeling like sh#t in the morning. It’s taken me 2 rounds of sugar reset but I’m feeling so much better. For the first time in years, I’m feeling like I’m in control of my future, and it looks bright.
