Today we chat about the 7 foundational movements and how doing the right moves leads to the right fitness.  More than just having “good-looking” muscles, these seven basic movements are the foundation for what the human body can perform and all other exercises are merely variations of these seven: Pull, Push, Squat, Lunge, Hinge, Rotation and Gait.
