Well, as I was working with my close circle on layering our fitness, we made a big discovery that I want to share with you!
When asking my friends what we need to spend more time doing, they all came to the conclusion that we need to stretch more! In all honesty, I thought I was alone in this. Now have a sneaking suspicion we all could use more stretching in our lives!
