I know when I do a big clear out/declutter on the outside, it improves my decision making on the inside. I believe this mini habit can transform your mindset and help you reach your goals! ๐Ÿ’ก

The declutter we're talking about today is getting rid of those sugar temptations!! So here are some tips:

๐Ÿ’ซCreating two piles: healthy, I love it, and GET IT OUT!

๐Ÿ’ซThink about where the food you want to get rid of can go, food banks, charities or neighbors (there are so many options)

๐Ÿ’ซPlan healthy meals you can make with items you already have to prevent yourself from purchasing more.

๐Ÿ’ซHave fun with it, you may discover food you had completely forgotten about and you get to experiment with new flavors and recipes.
