A few months ago, I sent a text out to some of my clients. I asked them questions like, “What am I missing?” and “What more do you need from me?” From this thread of texts, the 12-Week Accelerator Program was born!

The Fit is Freedom 12-Week Accelerator Program
What is the program?
The 12-Week Accelerator Program is a tailor-made, timeline-focused program where participants can find the inspiration to make progress through accountability. Between myself, a personal trainer, and a weight loss expert, we dedicate time to work together, examining your lifestyle and helping you tweak it in a way that brings you results over a shorter amount of time.
Why 12 weeks?
From the text thread from my clients, there was a lot of talk about how the Fit is Freedom focus tends to be on the long game. I always emphasize the importance of making health and fitness a lifestyle over a temporary fad.
But, what I realized from my conversations was that having a kickstart and a boost in motivation can be just what we need to really get our lifestyles on the right track. I’ve found that 12 weeks is a magical amount of time. It’s just enough to really start seeing and feeling results, bringing more motivation to continue with your new and improved healthy ways!
How does it work?
It’s simple, really. This program revolves around one very important person…YOU!
Once you sign up for the 12-Week Accelerator Program, you will receive and fill out an intake form. Yes, it is lengthy (and asks for lots of details), but the more I learn about YOU, the more I can help!
After receiving your intake, we’ll work it out together. We’ll pull in our personal trainer and our weight loss expert. We’ll make a plan, and we’ll get ready to roll.
Lastly, accountability and the amazing tracking program will commence as we watch your goals transform you before our eyes!
Will a 12-week program be all you need to become a healthy and fit individual for the rest of your life? Of course not. But it is a great way to kickstart your life in the right direction!
