I remember asking myself this question; I'm physically fit, I eat well and I look after my mental health so why do I still feel tired? ๐Ÿ˜ด

It's not until I examined my diet that I started finding clues... That breakfast bar that I was sold as a healthy meal was just giving me a quick sugar hit and then I'd feel sluggish. I started really digging into how to fuel without the spike and crash.

There must be easy ways to reduce your sugar consumption in a sustainable way?! ๐Ÿค”
